THE SHAPE OF THE BARREL COMBINED WITH THE MOTION IMPARTED BY THE MOTOR CREATES THE SLIDE ZONE WHICH IS NECESSARY TO BURNISH THE SILVER. ALSO THIS PRODUCT HAS TWO DISTINCT ADVANTAGES FOR HIGHER-VOLUME OPERATIONS. FIRST, THEY CAN BE LOADED AND UNLOADED WHILE THEY ARE RUNNING, ALLOWING FOR CONTINUOUS OPERATION. THIS IS TO PREVENT ANY KIND OF REACTION WITH THE BURNISHING BALLS. VIBRATORY BURNISHING MACHINE, SHOULD USE EITHER VIBRATORY BURNISHING LIQUID OR VIBRATORY POWDER. THE AMOUNT RECOMMENDED ON THE PACKAGE SHOULD BE APPLIED BY POURING IT DIRECTLY OVER THE VIBRATING BALLS WHILE THE MACHINE IS WORKING. IT IS BETTER TO INTRODUCE IT IN THIS MANNER RATHER THAN TO PUT IT DIRECTLY IN THE WATER TANK, BECAUSE THIS WAY THE MAXIMUM PROTECTION OF THE CHEMICALS IN THE COMPOUND GO DIRECTLY ON TO THE BALLS. IF YOU HAVE THE PROPER AMOUNT OF EITHER THE LIQUID COMPOUND OR THE POWDER COMPOUND IN THE MACHINE, THEN THE BALLS WILL NEVER RUST.
