Marketing and Sales

Progressive Pro./Caterer's Warehouse Inc. is one of America's leading sources in foodservice supplies and specialty tabletop products, serving the hospitality, event planning, foodservice, party rental, awards, and promotional products industries. We are seeking an in-house full time Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our Rochdale, MA (Leicester) based corporate office team. The company specializes in products to support and serve wholesale commercial catering, professional foodservice, event planning, tabletop, party, and the special event industries.

This full time inside role will support and assist our sales and marketing teams and existing and new customers with administrative support. Duties will include product inquiries, order fulfillment, account management responsibilities, and customer service. The ideal candidate will partner with customers to enhance and assist the sales team with their buying experience and strengthen existing customer relationships in support of business objectives. This role will consist of assisting in the preparation of sales orders, quotations, samples, returns, and logistics throughout the sales cycle. The position will also include additional marketing duties to help support the marketing team.

Qualifications required:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in an inside sales, sales administration, or customer service, or call center environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications, or marketing; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in an office environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Candidate should be a creative, customer service oriented, self-starter with the desire to learn and grow with an established client base
• Experience with Windows, MS Office applications including: Word, Excel, Outlook and other database applications and/or CRM tools
Work experience in wholesale, distribution, or hospitality industries preferred, though not required
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus, to serve Spanish speaking customers
