- Part Time Accounts Receivable Position: 091112

Caterer's Warehouse is currently seeking to expand its internal accounting department. We are currently seeking an accounting professional to work as part of our team with our national foodservice accounts. This part time permanent position is at our national headquarters in Rochdale, MA (Leicester area). The ideal candidate would work Monday-Friday daily an estimated 20-24 hours per week.

This role is responsible for an accounts receivable function in the company as well as support services for the accounting/finance departments. Duties will including entering bills, invoicing customers, processing payments, providing administrative assistance to the accounting and customer service departments, and database maintenance. This position also will be in communication daily with vendors, suppliers, and clients to process and flow of information within the company. Ideal candidate qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, accounting, or finance)
• Accounting or QuickBooks software experience/background and general knowledge of accounting principles
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and be detail oriented in a fast paced working environment
• 1+ years experience in an accounting, finance, or customer service call center environment
• Individuals should be friendly, self-motivated, and energetic
• Computer literacy skills are required. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft windows applications..
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish language skills a plus
• A background in the foodservice, catering, hospitality, event planning, or restaurant industries preferred.
